These cheeses are a sensation and show that unforgettable dishes can sometimes be very simple. In this case, a ball of unseasoned burrata simply combined with cherry tomatoes, basil and finished with EVOO and balsamic vinaigrette.
For a main course we recommend the wagyu steak and lobster – both perfectly cooked and simply memorable. The lobster was fluffy and well cooked, allowing its natural sweetness to shine through. Cucina is the perfect place in Bali to spend an evening of great food, great wine and great company.
Toya Beach Bar and Grill is a cool coastal restaurant situated right next to the beach, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. During our stay at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua, we enjoyed a true culinary adventure by the beach at Toya. The menu boasts a wonderful selection of local cuisine that is super tasty. If you want something a little more special, we recommend choosing the Balinese BBQ dinner. An abundance of fresh and perfectly grilled seafood and meat is served alongside with delicious Balinese spices to enjoy while listening to the waves crashing onto the shore.
